Victoria Bagnall is a co-founder of Connections in Mind. Victoria is a teacher and pioneer in the field of executive functioning. As a dyslexic who overcame her executive function challenges to achieve her dream of studying geography at the University of Cambridge, she knows first-hand how difficult it is to grow up with executive function deficits. Victoria’s teaching career started in the geography classroom but quickly moved into SEND support, and subsequently she pursued work as a tutor and coach, working one-on-one with children with executive function challenges. She now works with people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their executive function skills so that they can flourish. Victoria regularly speaks at conferences and delivers training to teachers, education leaders and corporates.
